fSTAR Liaison Walter Fields delivered the keynote address at the fall retreat of the Prince George’s County School (PGCS) District’s Parents and Community Advisory Council. The retreat was held on Saturday August 30 at the Kevin Durant Center in Suitland Maryland. Several PGCS Board Members and staff were in attendance. Fields formerly served on the Board of Education in Prince George’s County and was the chair of the Policy and Governance Committee.
