As part of fSTAR’s Young Scholars Program, Vanguard Collegiate Middle School visited campus on October 23. The eighth-grade students heard from Dr. Celeste Chavis, Chair of the Transportation Studies program in School of Architecture at the Center for the Built Environment & Infrastructure Studies.
