fSTAR Pillar Leader Walter Fields joined with NCEED partner organization Fathers Fighting 4 Fathers on September 30 to speak to fathers of Harford Heights Elementary School students in East Baltimore, to encourage their active involvement with the school. Mr. Fields also helped serve breakfast to the children and engaged with the students in the cafeteria.
