On Wednesday, April 23rd, Dr. Leslie Anderson visited the Thread offices to connect with students and explore their experiences with mental health and support systems. Thread—a community impact organization—leverages the power of relationships to help Baltimore City students successfully navigate high school and transition into adulthood. During her visit, Dr. Anderson gained meaningful insights into the challenges these students face, as well as the support they perceive to be available. These findings will help inform research priorities and intervention strategies that are most relevant to the needs of youth in the Baltimore area.
