NCEED’s Dr. Theodore recently served as a panelist for Education Without Barriers: A Night of Equity & Action. The January 22 event, hosted by RISE (Reimagining Inequities through Storytelling & Empowerment) was held at Loyola University. The informative evening for students, faculty, and staff was billed as a “panel of three distinguished professors whose scholarship and advocacy have significantly shaped the field of educational equity. Together, they will discuss the barriers students face and the systems that must be reimagined to create more just, inclusive learning environments.”
