Jade Blanchet serves as NCEED’s Budget and Logistics Coordinator with experience designing and overseeing multi-site academic support programs. She has led staffing, payroll, budgeting, procurement, and contract management, and developed data and quality assurance systems to monitor outcomes and guide continuous improvement. She has also managed recruitment, onboarding, and supervision for instructional teams while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across sites.

Blanchet earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Digital Studio Art from Tulane University, where she was recognized as a Presidential Scholar and National Merit Scholar. At Tulane, she managed operations and communications for a Division I athletics team, coordinating game and practice logistics, managing equipment, and producing digital media. She also launched and managed independent online ventures, including e-commerce projects, and provided administrative support for university operations such as mailroom management and technology assistance. Her combined experience in operations, program design, and visual arts allows her to build systems that strengthen organizations and expand access to high-quality educational support.
